The beloved Lightscape is set to make a triumphant return to the Royal Botanic Gardens, transforming the iconic greenery into a mesmerizing wonderland after dark. Winter nights in 2024 are about to get a whole lot brighter, as Lightscape takes Melburnians on a reimagined 2.2 km trail of illuminated delight from 14 June.
Lightscape 2024 is bringing a whole new level of enchantment to the Gardens. Prepare to be immersed in the magic of the all-new installation, Submergence, where thousands of suspended lights will respond to your every movement, creating a symphony of colour and wonder. French artistic studio TILT is making its Australian debut with Lili, a collection of three-meter-tall, illuminated flowers set to captivate audiences both young and old. The Winter Cathedral and the ever-popular Laser Garden at Fern Gully are set to make a return, ensuring that Lightscape 2024 is a feast for the senses.
