Basement Jaxx are finally making their way to Melbourne for their highly anticipated (and rescheduled) DJ tour this April.
The electronic powerhouses will play The Timber Yard on April 9 alongside Roger Sanchez for a big double-header over the Easter long weekend.

Since starting life as underground producers and party promoters in 1995, putting out their first tracks on shrink-wrapped vinyl and throwing hush-hush raves in abandoned South London pizza joints, Simon Ratcliffe and Felix Buxton, collectively known as Basement Jaxx, have taken the sound of London, SW9 to the world.
Widely respected as one of the world’s most legendary house duos, Basement Jaxx have been a global crowd favourite for over 20 years.
The legendary BRIT award winning duo return to Australia in 2023 bringing with them an all-out sensory assault of dance floor classics, including their number one hits Where’s Your Head At, Red Alert, Romeo, and Good Luck.
Then there’s Roger Sanchez. From humble beginnings in New York City, diggin’ in dusty crates of old vinyl and spinning at house parties in Corona, Queens, to dominating huge dance floors and headlining festival main-stages in every corner of the globe, Roger is truly a self-made man and a house music legend. His Release Yourself online radio show attracts over 10 million listeners around the world.
If that’s not enough he endures a tour schedule like a hardened festival warrior, he returned full force to Ibiza in 2015 appearing at the Space Opening Fiesta, Creamfields, plus monthly Glitterbox appearances at Space, Pacha, Amnesia and numerous summer festivals lined up from Croatia to Glastonbury.
