As social media is telling everyone who is friends with anyone who went to the Ja Rule and Ashanti concert at The Pier in Geelong last night, it seems like things didn’t go to plan.
Fans were left waiting for up to four hours for the stars to come on stage, many having to leave early as they travelled to the event from Melbourne. The owners of the Pier made it clear in a post on Facebook that the event and it’s scheduling was not their responsibility, as it was hosted by Sin City Group.
As one fan, Dione, on social media says: “It was absolutely ridiculous!!! When they came out – 4 hours hours after the advertised & promoted time. I’ve had an awful downer of a night there tonight!”
It would appear that Ja Rule isn’t always on time!
