In a resounding victory, the renowned restaurant group 400 Gradi has once again proven its culinary prowess on the global stage, securing two prestigious awards at the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2023 competition in Italy.

This remarkable achievement marks the second consecutive year that the Italian cuisine brand, with multiple venues across Australia and beyond, has clinched a coveted spot in the esteemed competition.

At the heart of this success is the acclaimed pizzaiolo Johnny Di Francesco, guiding 400 Gradi to new heights. The much-loved brand, with venues scattered across Melbourne, Adelaide, and even Texas, demonstrated its mastery by claiming the 6th position on the list of the 50 Top Artisan Pizza Chains. A notable accomplishment, considering the fierce competition that brings together pizza maestros from around the world.

In an unprecedented move, 400 Gradi also took the top spot in the Best Pasta Proposal 2023 in the multiple venues category, showcasing the brand’s versatility and commitment to excellence. This triumph is particularly significant as it marks the first time the brand has claimed the number one spot in this category.
