Inspiring women unite for a full-day event in light of International Women’s Month

This Hot Mess will host their first major event at Denny’s Kitchen in Geelong on the 15th of this month.

The event aptly titled “This Hot Mess Hosts: Asti, Ellie & Abbie” will shine light on a number of women’s issues and have a particular focus on female empowerment.

The event, which is set to be hosted by full-time carer, local influencer and founder/editor of This Hot Mess blog, Kim Elise Cooper highlights female empowerment and sexuality.

The all-star panelists include Asti Maree, a female sexual empowerment coach; Ellie, creator of Instagram platform ‘Comfortable in my skin’ and Abbie Chatfield, Bachelor runner up and Instagram powerhouse.

The full-day event will consist of two parts. The day will begin with a sexual empowerment workshop presented by This Hot Mess featuring Asti Maree, followed by a cocktail panel event, showcasing all four women.

Kim Elise Cooper, the host and mastermind behind the event describes it as just what Geelong needed during international women’s month, calling the event “inspiring and boundary-pushing.”

The event is set to be a game-changer for women in and around Geelong. With Abbie Chatfield, one of the panelists expressing her excitement at being involved in such a major event for women. “I am so honoured to be involved… as a feminist who is passionate about female empowerment, I cannot wait to be a guest at the workshop and also be on the panel at the cocktail party.”

Both events will be catered, and guests will receive a signature cocktail on arrival to the cocktail party.

Tickets are available for purchase on Eventbrite, with $5 from every cocktail panel ticket sold donated to local charity Embrace Awareness, supporting victims of domestic violence.
