Bob Sugar presents 'Dumpling To Talk A Bao!'

Boasting a dream combo of curated Asian feeds with fresh cocktails across from the beach, Bob Sugar has been hitting the Melbourne restaurant trend to a tee for the past two years.

With a focus on super-fresh ingredients and authentic techniques, pretty much everything you’ll find within the four walls of Bob Sugar is mouth-wateringly delicious. And now there’s one more reason to head on out for dinner this week with Bob Sugar’s ‘Dumpling To Talk A Bao’.

The night, which has previously been featured at the restaurant, returns due to popular demand, bringing all-you-can-eat dumplings and bao buns to the Coast on Wednesday, the 15th of March.

For $55 per person, keen diners can choose from four delicious bao options and three dumpling fillings, including Coconut Chicken Bao’s, Penang Beef Bao’s, Krispy Kolli Bao’s, Karaage Chicken Bao’s, Pork and Chive Dumplings, Prawn and Ginger Dumplings, and Vegetable Dumplings, with vegan options available.

Sittings run for an hour and a half (just enough time to stuff your face until the buttons on your jeans pop off) and there’s the option to add on a bottomless booze package too if you’re really feeling fancy. For $29 extra, you can score bottomless tap beer and wine, or for $39 you can do bottomless tap beer, wine, and select cocktails.

Kids can get involved too for $20 if they’re 12 years and under.
