Indie rockers Spacey Jane are bringing their headline tour to the Torquay Hotel this March

Spacey Jane will go on tour next month, ahead of the release of their second studio album, ‘Here Comes Everybody’.

Full capacities are back and the Torquay Hotel are celebrating by bringing Aussie favourites Spacey Jane to the coast this March.

Since their debut album Sunlight, which debuted at #2 on the ARIA Album Charts, topped the 2020 triple j Album Poll and tied with Tame Impala as the WAM Album of the Year, Spacey Jane has fast become arguably Australia’s hottest band. Their hit ‘Booster Seat’ was voted number two in last year’s triple j Hottest 100, singles  ‘Lots of Nothing’ and ‘Lunchtime’ came in at #3 and #12 in this year’s triple j’s Hottest 100 respectively and the last two years has seen them perform multiple sold-out shows and earn a scrapbook of rave reviews to go with it.

Now they’ve got a new album Here Comes Everybody due for release this year (June 10) and the band are back on the road, taking their live show to a bunch of venues and festivals along the east coast during March, before they jet off over international waters for their debut shows in the UK, Europe and North America.

The tour will see the Perth band headlining at theatres across the east coast, including Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Torquay. Support at these shows will come from Melbourne indie-rock band RAT!Hammock and neo-soul singer Becca Hatch.

The shows have been booked in-between Spacey Jane’s festival gigs, which includes This That in Sandstone Point, Play On The Plains in Denilquin and Stomping Of The Grapes in Gerringong.

You’ll regret missing out on a chance to see these beloved indie-rockers.

Spacey Jane will perform at The Torquay Hotel on Thursday, March 17. Tickets are on sale here

Here Comes Everybody is out 10 June. More info here.
