A hip hop invasion hits Bendigo this weekend, with Mini Coop, Jack Scarey, Illusive & Creation, Clue, C-Oh Rex Mundi and Impede set for a big night out.
Mini Coop started out playing classical piano, later teaching himself guitar, bass and drums before the world of metal beckoned. However, in 2013 he fell back in love with rap and set out to create a sound with ambient and metal influences. His skills saw him take out 360’s ‘Sixavelli’ contest, earning him the chance to share a little stage time with the man himself.
Towards the end of last year, Mini Coop released the album The Boy from Mars. A new album announcement will come before year’s end.
They all hit Bendigo’s Music Man tomorrow night, April 15.
