Have some time to kill? Explore this free, virtual James Bond exhibition

If you didn’t know, New York has its own museum of espionage and secrecy called Spyscape. The tourist hotspot challenges clandestine stories of fact and fiction while also testing the spy skills of its guests through a range of interactive challenges.

While the museum is shut as a result of the current crisis, last month it opened up its own online James Bond exhibit to keep up the covert mischief-making. Titled 007 x Spyscape, the exhibit is totally free and takes fans for a trip down memory lane through one of the most storied franchises in film history. 007 x Spyscape promises “an insight into some of the 007 movie-making magic, with never-before-seen animations, images and interviews”.

Take a wander through the studio of legendary Bond production designer Ken Adam or witness Q’s gadget-filled lab be brought to life. There’s an exploration into the iconic Aston Martin DB5 that becomes one of Bond’s beloved automobiles – Spyscape forked out a cool $2.6 million for the car.

Outside of that, punters will also get the chance to trial their spy skills through a series of tests devised by an ex-head of training at British Intelligence. You can also find out which particular spy role you’d be most suited to.
