Great news, live music returns to Pistol Pete’s Food n Blues this week

You beauty!

It’s the only place in the Geelong region where you can taste, smell, hear and actually feel like you are right in the middle of the Southern States. From sitting in the famous Bourbon Street of New Orleans, to having the albums of America’s blues greats Willie Dixon and Stevie Ray as your table number, Pistol Pete’s Food N Blues is a unique treat.

Drawing from passions of both blues’ music and the cuisine of the Southern States, owner Pete Raimondo has aimed on creating a true American experience since opening back in 2014, creating a place you can go late at night for a full dining experience, a spread of quality blues musicians or for damn fine food takeaway.

While we’ve still been able to enjoy the Southern feast from Pistol Pete’s over the last few months, it was the loss of live music that left a hole in our blues’ loving hearts.

Well, good news gig-thirsty Geelongians, LIVE MUSIC IS BACK, with Pete lining up six great shows this December.

First up this Friday, December 4, Ethan Farmer Band will take to the stage with a mix of originals and classics in their own special way while Saturday, December 5 will then see Blues Roulette with Sammy Owen back on their instruments.

The next weekend will see Jules Boult & the Redeemers bringing the party on Friday, December 11 ahead of Blues Roulette with Anna Scionti on Saturday, December 12.

The final weekend before Christmas will see the blues music continue with Wayne Jury performing a special two-part show in celebration of his new EP on Friday, December 18, before wrapping up the gigs on Saturday, December 19 with blues and soul legend Paul Slattery.

The doors for each event open at 9pm and the seated shows will commence at 9:30pm. The kitchen will also be open until 9:30pm if you’re vibin’ dinner and a show.

Tickets are limited and are available through Trybooking.
