Grapes of Mirth is bringing a huge day of comedy to Mt Duneed Estate in February
Australia’s pre-eminent wine and comedy festival is coming to Geelong for the first time.
Mt Duneed Estate will play host to a huge lineup of comedy that features household names Peter Helliar and Denise Scott, Fox FM host Nick Cody, star of The Cheap Seats and Have You Been Paying Attention? Melanie Bracewell, and Mel Buttle who is travelling all the way from sunny Queensland to play in Geelong.

Grapes of Mirth founder and Head Clown Merrick Watts will be on MC duties and can’t wait to finally bring his incredibly successful Grapes of Mirth event to Geelong.
“I did a gig at Mt Duneed in 2022 and the crowd was amazing. So I said to our team ‘we should bring Grapes Of Mirth here, it’ll go off like Cameron Ling at a disco in the 90’s’. They looked at me weirdly but agreed to anyway.”
Rounding out the entertainment is Grapes of Mirth resident DJ Pedro Moshman, who will bring the vibes between comedy sets, and take us home with a party set at the end of the day.
