Surf Coast Roller Skaters are kicking off the new year in disco style.
Think colourful bathers, lifesavers, surfer, board shorts, retro wear, resort wear, tropical, colourful casual summer vibes, for this perfect hot weather event as the Surf Coast Roller Skaters welcome in the new year.
Daytime Beach Party Roller Disco:
- When: Sunday 5 January, 2025 1pm – 3pm
- Where: Wurdi Baierr Stadium, Torquay, then Cosy Corner for a swim
- Theme: Beach Party Vibes
Nothing but good vibes, funky beats and a good time for all. See the Surf Coast Roller Skaters’ passionate dance skaters practising dance moves and having the time of their lives. Join the fun and come for a roll!

There will be hire skates and skates for sale but get in touch early to pre-book them. Email [email protected] your skate size, name and pre-pay for hire to lock in with no last minute hires on the day.
If you haven’t been to one of their discos, this is no ordinary roller rink! You will love the vibes, tunes by music lovers and be entertained by how many styles of skating there are on the old-school eight-wheels.
If you haven’t skated for years but did as a kid this is your chance to get back into it.
There is also a beginner workshop at 12pm on the same day, book in here.
Learn some new tricks and come have a summer roll and some fun with the crew, before heading to Cosy Corner for a swim afterwards.
