Following their captivating performances alongside Ne Obliviscaris and Rivers of Nihil in 2023, The Ocean is geared up to deliver their most monumental Australian production yet. Their ninth album, “Holocene,” released last year, showcased the band’s evolution towards more exploratory and diverse sonic landscapes. Led by guitarist and visionary Robin Staps, The Ocean’s latest offering delves into looped electronics and subtle melodic experimentation, all while philosophically reflecting on the complexities of a post-pandemic world.

Joining The Ocean on this epic tour is Cave In, the legendary metal/hardcore pioneers hailing from the US. With a career spanning decades, Cave In’s musical trajectory has been nothing short of revolutionary. From helping to define the metalcore genre in the late ’90s to exploring psychedelic ‘space rock’ territories, Cave In’s sonic evolution culminated in their critically acclaimed seventh album, “Heavy Pendulum,” released in 2022.

Completing this powerhouse lineup is LLNN, the Danish quartet signed to The Ocean’s own Pelagic Records. Known for their apocalyptic soundscapes and unhinged rhythmic assault, LLNN’s sonic force is unparalleled. Their latest album, “Unmaker,” released in 2021, stands as a testament to their relentless pursuit of sonic intensity.
