Purveyors of all things creamy, inventive and delicious, Gelato Messina are staking their claim to the icy throne with their new degustation bar – pushing the culinary capacity of gelato to a new level.
Expect to experience the most weird and wonderful flavours of gelato in seven courses. Past inventions have included vanilla with compressed pineapple, caramel and biscuit, as well as creations that are designed to push the envelope of gelato convention.
The menu is being kept a tightly kept secret, but if it’s anything like they’ve done in the past it’s bound to me something to remember.
