Opened just this week, Tempo is set to become a shining star in Geelong’s culinary scene.
Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant celebrates the best Victoria has on offer, from fresh, seasonal produce to locally-caught seafood.

Designed to be a culinary destination for those both near and far, Tempo embodies the spirit of Australian cuisine.
As well as having a dedicated menu designed to showcase local foods, the space will also host an array of local performers from musicians to DJs to elevate the dining experience for all who stop by.

“Our mission is to honour the rich flavours of Victoria and offer a dining experience that celebrates this. With Tempo, we aim to redefine the culinary landscape of the region and leave a lasting mark on Geelong’s hospitality industry,” says COO of parent company ERDI, Steven Oakley.
Featuring bespoke breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, an expensive cocktail list and snacks and small plates to nibble on at the bar, Tempo is shaping up to be one of the most exciting new venues in the city.
Highlights include locally-raised, grass-fed steaks, artisanal cheeses and seafood from king prawns to kingfish sashimi.
