Geelong is headed to the dark side once again, but this year, funnily enough, the theme is… light. Following 2014’s hugely successful Geelong After Dark event, the city is gearing up for its second round of art installations, music, street performances and mini-exhibitions. The one night only free event is happening on Friday May 8 this year, and all local artists- in every sense of the word- are invited to propose a contribution that fits the theme of light. If last years event is anything to go by, locals are in for a weird, wacky and wonderful time navigating the city as it transforms before your eyes.
Geelong After Dark 2015 is taking place all over Geelong’s CBD on Friday May 8th from 6pm – 10pm.
