The team behind festival favourite Yours & Owls have announced a brand new family-friendly festival in Lazy Mountain Music & Arts Festival.
Courtesy of the legendary squad behind your favourite Steel City festival Yours and Owls, Lazy Mountain Music & Arts Festival is the new, all-ages event rolling out Easter Saturday in the lush surrounds of the Berry Showgrounds on the NSW South Coast.
Entirely kid-friendly, Lazy Mountain features one glorious stage, headlined by two of Australia’s finest, most successful and hardest working musical exports: overachieving multi-platinum selling, multiple ARIA and 2022 J Award winners Gang of Youths and superhuman multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter Tash Sultana,

With a dreamy midday start, scrumptious food, glorious location, and plenty of music and arts to get lost in, the lineup will also feature Sydney indie pop rock sweethearts Middle Kids, Melbourne indie punk rockers Slowly Slowly, Wollongong born, South Coast raised singer-songwriter Tyne James Organ, Snowy Mountains, via Beijing, via Thailand rapidly rising future of pop Merci, Mercy and Wollongong indie folk rock sensation Aodhan.
Lazy by name, lazy by nature, Lazy Mountain Music & Arts Festival is for music luvahs who want all of the amusement of a music festival without having to exert all that sweaty, stressy, set time clashing effort! As for the food offering, the tasteful folk behind the South Coast Food and Wine Festival will be curating refreshments across the day. More on what’s on offer will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Minor’s with a valid ticket must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Berry and its surrounding areas have a plethora of accommodation options, including a number of camping alternatives on offer with official Lazy Mountain camping packages for both Friday and Saturday, offering options from basic to luxury glamping. Yours and Owls will also be running a number of shuttle bus services every 20 mins to Berry Showgrounds from select locations.
