The MSO, under acclaimed Australian conductor Jessica Gethin, will celebrate 100 years of Disney with a 10th Anniversary screening of the phenomenon Frozen.

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Frozen and 100 years of Disney in 2023, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is bringing Frozen to life this weekend.

Happening on Saturday 17 June, relive Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff’s beloved adventure with the MSO performing the music while you watch the entire movie with its dialogue on the big screen for two very special performances.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around the region here.

Experience the Australian premiere of Frozen and its fantastic music live in concert, including the Academy Award®– and Grammy Award®–winning hit song “Let It Go”, conducted by Jessica Gethin.

In Frozen, the fearless optimist Anna sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with the rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls, and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
