I’ve spent my afternoon coming up with cheese puns for this, I really am forever provolone.
Flying Brick Cider Co sure knows how to put on an event that’s for sure. They’ve made the humble combination of those delicate pastry stands with cute little decorations and people with the pinkies up with hard-core oozing goodness that is: cheese. And if it’s one thing our Forte readers love, is cheese.
A collab with Yes Said The Seal wines, they’ve got everything cheese galore plus some good booze to wash it down. This is one hell of a royal feast for the greater Gouda of Flying Brick fans.
Everything on the menu looks Mozzer-hella good including Roquefort soufflé with apple butter , baked baby camembert (gf), quince paste & walnut crackers (gfa), swiss Gruyere Gourgeres and some sweet options like white Chocolate Ricotta Mousse (gf) with fresh berries and langues du chat, hung sheep’s milk labne, local honey and some Ket baker sourdough. Plus, free-flowing Julius Meinl barista coffee and hot chocolate and LOVE Tea loose leaf infusions of choice.
