Fresh from opening their brand new cellar door in Torquay, Flowstate Brewers and Distillers continue to reach for the stars with the launch of their newest – and dare we say most delicious – product yet.
Introducing the new Cohort Batch Brewed Premium Coffee liqueur, a unique blend of premium coffee and distilled spirits.

Launching on April 1 and crafted with only the highest quality ingredients and staying true to the “Cohort” Ideology, this new mix is made using locally-roasted coffee from Mikro Coffee Roasters (Mikro), just a stone’s throw away from the brewers in Torquay on the Surf Coast.
This coffee blend has been formulated from Mikro‘s “Little Italy” which is a unique espresso coffee blend, roasted with traditional Italian espresso in mind. Along with Flowstate’s signature small batch hot brew process that has created a robust, full-bodied, smooth rich flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts and salted caramel sweetness to enjoy into the night.
This unique spirit captures the essence of coffee in a way that only the finest liqueur can do – and you can trust that it’s absolutely mouthwatering and delicious.
Hailed as “next level coffee”, this baby is available 700ml bottle.

Started by the brothers and founders, Shaun and Leigh. Flowstate Brewers and Distillers is a result of the brother’s eclectic backgrounds in the building, brewing and horticulture industries, together they bring practical creativity and a botanical sensibility to their production processes and drink styles.
The recently opened cellar door offers their visitors a warm and welcoming immersive distillery experience. Bottle sales are all week when the roller door is up,with the distillery bar open on Fridays and Saturdays. Full bar with a selection of cocktails, local wines and beers on tap, The cellar door is kid and dog friendly.
To launch this Premium blend, Flowstate is having a launch event on the 1st April 2023, held at the distillery, at 17/10 Cylinders Drive, Torquay. This event will feature coffee-inspired cocktails, affogatos, food from Surf Coast smokers, free ice cream for the kids and live music.
