Over 220 businesses have put their name down for 2014’s Central Geelong Sidewalk Sales. The event, held on Melbourne Cup (Tuesday, November 4), is Geelong’s largest annual sales day. Like the races, the day even has their own form guide where keen shoppers will be able to check out over 200 special offers on fashion, homewares, services, electrical goods, food and more from street traders as well as Market Square and Westfield traders. Some 30 lunch special will be on offer, in case you need to refuel for round two. If you are keen to keep an eye on the Cup, the event’s form guide has you sorted there also.
