Ah Easter, perhaps our most favourite of all holidays.
Not only are we privy to not one, but two short weeks, but we’re also treated to four glorious chocolate-filled, work-free days in a row (or for those in hospo, at least a few shifts on that double bubble).
There’s also one more thing we’re gifted over the long weekend: the annual Lambys Easter Marathon.

Worthy of ditching the family get togethers and the crème egg coma, the Lamb fam are making up for all the lost nights in 2020 with the most anticipated event of the year. It’s the sesh of all seshs, where you follow in Jesus’ footsteps and disappear for a few nights before returning home on Monday, albeit a little more hungover than he. We’re sure the Lambys veterans around town can attest to that.
Across four nights – yes all four – the iconic underground bar will be filled out with live tunes, good vibes and a tonne of drink specials.
For the brave, Lambys will be dishing out ‘Marathon Cards’ for $20 that will you in in each night for free – that equates to half price for all four night and two extra Mario Karts.
Doors open at 8pm on Thursday and Sunday, and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. For the early birds, it’s free entry for the first hour open.
