Eagles are heading to Australia in 2019

Reformed American rock icons Eagles have announced their return to Australia as part of their current world tour, marking their first Aussie tour since the death of co-founder Glenn Frey in 2016.
The band, who announced their breakup in the months following Frey’s death, are back together and ready to make the trip down under for all-ages shows in Melbourne in March next year.
The group’s current lineup — Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Vince Gill and Glenn Frey’s son Deacon — will embark on Eagles’ first Australian tour since their 2015 trip, knocking out a bunch of the band’s biggest hits along the way.
Known as the best-selling American band of the 70s and one of the top-selling acts of all time, Eagles’ appeal continues to transcend both generation and genre. Since forming in Los Angeles in 1971, the band have sold more than 150 million albums, scored six #1 albums and topped the singles charts five times.
This tour will highlight their prolific career with their extensive setlist that pulls from all seven of the Eagles’ studio albums — Eagles (1972), Desperado (1973), On The Border (1974), One Of These Nights (1975), Hotel California (1976), The Long Run (1979) and Long Road Out of Eden (2007).

To further celebrate their prolific career, Eagles will release their Legacy collection in two comprehensive editions on Friday 2 November (via Warner Music Australia).
Don’t miss the opportunity to witness Eagles’ unmistakable West Coast harmonies and unparalleled songwriting talent come alive as they return to Australia and New Zealand in 2019. Their shows on our shores have a reputation for selling out, fans are encouraged to act quickly to secure their tickets to this special concert event!
Catch them at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on Tuesday March 5. Tickets go on sale Monday October 15 at 2pm via ticketek.
