This new degree is about preparing you for work in learning and education. After your first year, you can apply to transfer into the second year of other undergrad FedUni Education programs, which can qualify you as a teacher and gain you registration with VIT and be your pathway into a Master of Education Studies, or Master of Social Work (Qualifying).
If you stay in the Bachelor of Education Studies program, then in your third year you’ll complete a Certificate IV in Training and Education, which lets you teach in Adult Learning settings and qualifies you as an Education Support worker (Integration Aide). Alternatively the Bachelor of Education Studies can be your pathway into a Master of Education Studies, Master of Teaching (Primary) or Master of Social Work (Qualifying).
