Midsumma events continue across the state with a dazzling display of drag hitting Warrnambool this weekend.
DANDROGYNY, a physical theatre practitioner who has performed in over twenty countries, is hosting FAB FRENZY to celebrate LGBTQIA+ pride on 30 November in Warrnambool. FAB FRENZY is a night event with dance, DJ performances, laughter and love that encourages all participants to join in their wildest outfits and meet local and national talents. This is a free event that is open to everyone aged 18 or above.

With the support from Victoria’s Pride Regional Activation Program, delivered by Australia’s premier queer arts and cultural organisation Midsumma, FAB FRENZY invites all individuals to shine, connect and celebrate diversity in an environment where respect is paramount. Auslan interpretation will be provided for everyone to have fun with pride on the dance floor at a sparkling night in Warrnambool.
DANDROGYNY is a renowned drag performance hybrid artist. They are featured in the ABC TV series You Can’t Ask That and various cultural events and festivals in Australia such as Melbourne Festival, Dance Massive, Dark MOFO and Gaytimes Festival.
The FAB FRENZY is part of the wider, colourful program of events of Victoria’s Pride Regional Activations under the Midsumma Festival banner. From cupcake competitions in Castlemaine to Q-lit in Horsham and Swan Hill, the program is bursting with bold expressions of the LGBTQIA+ experience.
