Coming to You From Charing Cross

Featuring a blend of roots, rock, folk and alt-country, Bendigo outfit Four Lions have set out to create the kind of music that conveys honest and heartfelt lyrics with a familiar sound. The band has been generating a little buzz and will be dropping their debut album, Charing Cross, this month. Speaking about the album earlier in the year, frontman Shann Lions spoke about the working relationship he shared with producer John Baxter: “If we look at one of my songs as a blank canvas production-wise, John always has similar brush strokes and colours to what I am trying to portray within a song’s context.” Queens Arms Hotel, Bendigo – October 24. Joining them will be Five Mile Sniper and John Kennedy.
