Two decades after Alien Ant Farm topped the charts worldwide with their singles ‘Movies’ and the Michael Jackson cover of ‘Smooth Criminal’, which shot to number 3 and number 1 on the Australian charts respectively, the California rockers have proved their staying power. The years have brought alt-metal anthems our way including ‘Yellow Pages’, ‘Homage’, ‘Godlike’, ‘Glow’, ‘Forgive & Forget’, and ‘Last dAntz’. Their nearly 30 year career has been one of ferocity and furiously frenzied live shows that are to be seen to be believed.

In the same vein CKY have proven their position on in the hard rock world. Since their 1998 inception the Camp Kill Yourself party has made their stake known. Their debut single ’96 Quite Bitter Beings’ made them a household name, but it was their sophomore album Infiltrate- Destroy-Rebuild that won them the masses. The album boasts anthems ‘Escape From Hellview’, ‘Flesh Into Gear’, ‘Sink Into The Underground’, ‘Attached At The Hip’, ‘Inhuman Creation Station’, ‘Sporadic Movement’ and the closing cry ‘Close Yet Far’. This coupled with the fact that band member, drummer Jess Margera, is the brother of skateboard legend Bam Margera catapulted the band to new heights with their regular appearances on MTV’s Viva La Bam and Jackass.

Tickets to the huge double headline Alien Ant Farm and CKY shows go on sale Tuesday 29 July from 9am local time, with presale on Friday 25 July from 9am local time. All general and presale information and ticketing can be found here.
