Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul represent a duo firmly rooted in shared experiences and a passion for experimental electronic and pop music. Their cross-cultural backgrounds, with Charlotte hailing from Guadeloupian and French-Martinique descent and Bolis of Chinese descent, provide a unique and boundary-pushing approach to their music.

After the release of their breakout project, “Zandoli,” in 2019, the duo garnered praise from tastemakers and DJs worldwide. Their debut full-length album, “Topical Dancer,” dropped in 2022 under DeeWee, the record label founded and run by Belgian electronic duo Soulwax. The album delves into compelling themes such as cultural appropriation, post-colonialism, and political correctness, all set to the backdrop of infectious electro beats. With witty, acerbic lyrics, Charlotte & Bolis guide listeners through thought-provoking topics, bringing their shared experiences to life on the dancefloor.

Receiving accolades from respected publications like Pitchfork, NME, The Skinny, and Louder Than War, their music is celebrated for its inventive sound design, unapologetic lyricism, and musical allure. With the majority of 2023 spent touring their game-changing project, including sold-out headline dates and festival sets across Europe, Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul are set to make a dazzling debut in Australia in 2024.
