After months of anticipation, Beyond The Valley have revealed their first round lineup for 2016, capped off by none other than hip hop hero Chance The Rapper.
Chance The Rapper will be joined by the ilk of Alex Lahey, Bag Raiders (live set), Bakermat, Dena Amy, Dune Rats, DZ Deathrays, Eats Everything, Emma Louise, Giraffage, GoldLink, Harts, Hermitude, highasakite, Hot Chip (DJ set), Hudson Mohawke, Japanese Wallpaper, Jarryd James, JME, Kllo, Kölsch (DJ Set) Ladyhawke, Lastlings, Lunice, Montaigne, Motez, MSTRKRFT, Oliver Huntemann, Paces, Pachanga Boys, Phantogram, Running Touch, Ryan Hemsworth, SAFIA Skream, Slumberjack, Sonny Fodera, Sticky Fingers, Thundamentals, Tokimonsta, Total Giovanni, Vera Blue, Wafia, What So Not and ZHU with more to be announced.
It’s been a huge 2016 for Chance The Rapper, with his latest album Colouring Book cementing his status as one of the modern greats.
The lineup comes along with the news that Beyond The Valley will expand to a four-day event, along with extra shade and an improved set up for what’s shaping up to be their biggest year yet.
Beyond The Valley 2016 goes down from Wednesday December 28 – Sunday January 1 in Lardner Park, about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Melbourne. Tickets go on sale Thursday August 11 at 9am via their website.
