Ballarat locals need no assurance that their town has got the goods when it comes to quality food and produce, however, outsiders may need a little more convincing.
In light of proving what Ballarat has to offer, Ballarat Regional Tourism, numerous venues and Broadsheet have teamed up to put together a pop-up restaurant.
The event will be launched exclusively to social media influencers (including the likes of Holly Titheridge (@_hollyt), Matthew Deutscher (@oakandink), Melanie Lionello (@naturally_nutritious), and Jackson Thomas (@jaxthomasmusic)) via a personalised food experience throughout the day.
Following the launch the pop up at Housey Housey will host various other food operators from Ballarat in putting on a Sunday roast from May 29 – June 19. The full run-down of events are below.
