In the small town of Lara, the bedroom of Conor Walkeden, drummer for Ocean Grove outfit Bound by Hound, would often become a makeshift band room. High school mates Luke Hiddle and Luke Briese were in on the deal as well.
The jamming began to become a little more serious, and so they welcomed Rachel Mamonski to lead the way. You can’t talk about Bound by Hound without mentioning Lachlan Soulsby, either.
With influences including Smashing Pumpkins, Fidlar and Paramore, the band has picked up a mini residency at Geelong’s Workers Club, with a show lined up on February 10. If you haven’t checked out their jam ‘You Knew’, then you know what to do.
