Just over a year since first announcing the project, the luxury accommodation at Mt Duneed Estate is nearing completion, with bookings now open for stays from September.

One of our favourite local wineries, located just 15 minutes from Geelong and Torquay and just over one hour from Melbourne, Mt Duneed Estate’s new accommodation offering includes eight luxe one-bedroom spaces, nestled amongst the Estate’s famous vineyard, providing the perfect addition to all the wonderful events, weddings, concerts and gatherings they have there.
Boasting incredibly scenic views, each luxurious room sleeps two adults in a king-size bed, with high-end finishes, a kitchenette, television, mini-lounge area, modern bathroom with local organic herbal products from The Herbalist, continental breakfast, coffee pod machine and a bottle of the wineries delicious Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine.
There will be two types of room on offer, the Vineyard Pod or Olive Grove Pod. The Vineyard rooms have an outdoor bath overlooking the vineyard, which is perfectly teamed with a bath shelf to rest your glass of wine. What could be more perfect?! The Olive Grove Pod, as expected, features views over the beautiful olive grove.
Rates vary between the pods and dates, however standard pricing per night sits between $300 – $455.
Luxury, boutique accommodation is coming to Mt Duneed Estate, providing the perfect vineyard escape
With bookings now open to the public, with certain dates already offered to wedding couples for their wedding night and block out dates applying, the luxury accommodation promises to boost tourism to the Greater Geelong region with iconic winery known for hosting a range of events from, weddings, concerts by international artists and the popular music festival A Day On The Green.
The incredible accommodation offering has been funded by the Andrews Labor Government, with $260,000 from the Labor Government’s Regional Tourism Investment Fund going towards building eight luxury pods at the winery, creating new jobs and drawing more visitors to the region.
