Batpiss just dropped a single, a music video and tour dates

Only Melbourne could produce a band as raucous as BATPISS. Their new single Weatherboard Man is a sludge-punk war cry, and produced by The Drones’ Gareth Liddiard which only makes the track’s intensity power on through.

Its accompanying video shows crummy footage of dilapidated houses, roofs ripped off and walls broken down, in the aftermath of cyclone Tracy back in 1974.

To launch their new gritty, guitar-driven single, Batpiss will be taking it around Victoria exclusively, supported by gallows blues Harmony, adrenaline-fuelers Cable Ties and TV Haze’s no frills indie.

Batpiss will break open The Gaso in Melbourne on Friday March 31, the Music Man in Bendigo on Friday, April 7, at Karova Lounge in Ballarat on Saturday, April 8, at the Loft in Warrnambool on Saturday, April 15 and the Barwon Club in Geelong on Sunday, April 16. Tickets via Oztix.
