Melbourne’s Artist Proof is the curious combination of writing duo Chris Pattenden and Drew Schapper, guitarist Daniel East and bassist Chris Rourke, along with the orchestral sounds of Andy Power and Beatrix Stewart.
They perform “psychestral rock” inspired by the visual arts – and they’re thrilled to welcome their debut album, AP1. From the band: “The album draws on a wide range of material and contains the rock echoes of early Muse, the glam sensibilities of Queen and Bowie and the psychedelic aspects of Pink Floyd.”
