Matching your food with the right wine has long been a practice. Fast catching up with the practice is matching your food with the right beer. Taking place at the Odyssey Tavern & Brewery on Thursday, September 4 is a Beer and Food Matching Evening showcasing three of Australia’s best craft breweries – Feral (WA), Boatrocker (VIC) and 4 Pines (NSW). This is a rare chance to experience six perfectly prepared courses matched with two beers from each brewery. A Q&A and giveaways will also take place.
