Regional Victoria’s newest festival ‘Almost Summer’ has cancelled due to major flooding.
Set to debut at the very end of Spring with a huge lineup of local artists, burgeoning, and established acts from across the country, the Almost Summer music festival has cancelled its inaugural edition.
Festival promoters Hear Them Holler have today announced the cancellation of the Almost Summer music festival as a result of major flooding in the entire region. Almost Summer was set to take place from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th of November 2022 in the loading dock outside the iconic Capital Theatre on View Street in Bendigo.

“Unfortunately, due to flooding, we have regrettably had to cancel the Almost Summer music festival. This is an event that was born out of passion and love for the live music scene with our wonderful partners ALWAYS LIVE and City of Greater Bendigo,” Jesse Lubitz, Hear Them Holler, Event Producer says.
“We have all worked tirelessly to bring this new live music concept to life at the same time as showcasing a wonderful regional Victorian township. We were so excited to bring this special idea to life in Bendigo and are committed to revisiting the concept soon.”
