Allira Eats #674

Yo Forte readers,

Another issue is upon us and I’m sharing another HELLA GOOD recipe for y’all to try!

Over the next few issues I am hoping to share more great eats around our glorious region, so if you have any awesome suggestions on where I should be eating, get in touch via my Instagram page.

This recipe I had to share, as when I posted it across my socials I got so many messages asking for the recipe and it’s super simple and so quick to make.

This weather is starting to warm up, however let’s face it, Victorian weather is all over the shop and we can never tell if it’s going to be hot, cold or something in between!

So, being that we still have had some cold days, I wanted to share my recipe for a quick Ramen!

Ramen is an Asian noodle dish flavoured with either a vego, fish or meat broth mixed with noodles, veg or meat of your choice… drooling already!

This recipe I am sharing is so versatile that when we make it at home, I just add poached chicken for Nate’s and I add tofu to mine.

It’s a super quick one where you can throw everything together in the pot and let it cook.

Happy Cooking Readers!
