Upon the release of her debut EP, Melbourne indie/pop songwriter Alex Lahey has announced her first national headline tour.
The ‘B-Grade University’ Tour will kick off in September, and takes place over 12 dates around the country.
Alex has also recently signed with Native Tongue Publishing as well as taken Australia by storm.
“As an artist who primarily identifies as a songwriter, Native Tongue’s commitment to working with their writers to develop their skills and create opportunities makes me extremely excited for the future and all the hard work ahead!” she says of the signing.
Alex will bring her 4-piece band along when she plays various venues including Melbourne’s Sad Grrrls Festival on October 1st, Ballarat’s Karova Lounge on October 6th and Birregurra Festival and Art Show on October 8. More details at via her website.
