Boost Mobile Winter Jam is heading to URBNSURF Melbourne this August.
Perfectly timed to say see-ya to winter, Melbourne’s two-hectare surfing lagoon URBNSURF is hosting an epic new event, blending surf, snow and music on Saturday 27th August 2022 in what will be the first of its kind in the world.
Named the Boost Mobile Winter Jam, presented by YETI, the event will host some of Australia’s leading surf and snow athletes with a live version of Season 3 of the Rivals series in the lagoon and a winner takes all snowboard rail jam just metres away.

The event will kick on into the evening with 1,500 guests dancing the night away to a sunset DJ set from Dena Amy before Set Mo close the event with the final performance of their Something to Dream of Winter Tour.
URBNSURF’s wave machine “Roary” will be providing perfect waves and URBNSURF has partnered with City Snow Events to deliver a custom rail jam, right on the edge of the lagoon.
If that wasn’t enough, Young Henrys, Hard Fizz and Red Bull will be serving beverages from custom bars and some of Melbourne’s best food trucks will keep revellers fed.

“There’s such a strong cross-over between Australia’s surf and snow cultures and with amazing music thrown in the mix, it really will be the must-attend event of the winter. We are so lucky that our event partners have got behind the vision and we are excited to see the event come to life”.

Pre-sale tickets will go on sale from Monday, July 18 at 9am. You can register here to sign up for pre-sale while second ticket release will be available on Wednesday, July 20 at 9am. Tickets start from $39.99.
