Australia’s only medieval adventure park, Kryal Castle, is hosting an epic Medieval festival this year.

Promising to envelop attendees with all the pageantry, excitement, colour, sounds, and drama of the Middle Ages, Kryal Castle in Ballarat is hosting a Medieval Festival across the first weekend in December this year.

Running across two days, from Saturday, December 3 to Sunday, December 4 at the wondrous mythical, magical and medieval castle in Ballarat, ticket holders will be able to experience a weekend of spectacular family fun at this brand-new event, the Victorian Medieval Festival.
This world-class medieval re-enactment event will feature activities for all ages; including spectacular jousting knights, an action-packed combat tournament, a reenactor’s village and Birds of Prey on the arena, plus much more!
Once the sun sets, join medieval revellers will be able to join in for ‘A Taste of History’ evening Saturday night with medieval to modern food, ale, mead, live performance and medieval entertainment. Here punters can enjoy drinks from local brewers, mead and winemakers at the Medieval Festival Bar that will keep you dancing throughout the night.

Tickets for ‘A Taste of History’ are free with the purchase of a VMF entry, however, are limited and must be added at checkout.
