Prepare yourself for a two-day ‘Carnival of Daredevils’.

If you’re ready for some serious adrenaline-charged family entertainment, then you should pencil this new event in your calendar.

Meet Geelong’s Carnival of Daredevils, a new event that’s set to take over the Geelong Showgrounds for two days this weekend, on Saturday, June 26 and Sunday, June 27.

Sprawled across the huge open-air space, the Carnival is set to have something for everyone with a grand spectacle of impressive monster trucks, a 4WD mud bog course, jet cars, car stunts, fireworks in the dark, rides to suit both the big and little kids, and enough fairy floss and hot dogs to feed an army.

Keep up with the latest in entertainment via our website.

Delighting even the tiniest of daredevils with Monster truck rides, this event will be a full day of action, kicking off at 11am both days with two carefully curated shows showing at 2pm and 4pm.

Punters are encouraged to put on their winter woollies, bring along blankets and chairs and set themselves up for the afternoon. Be warned, being Monster Trucks and all, if it rains the even still goes ahead.

Tickets can be purchased here for adults at $45, children between 3 and 15 at $35 and family passes for $140.

It all goes down on Saturday June 26 and Sunday June 27 at Geelong Showgrounds (79 Breakwater Road, East Geelong). For more info, visit the website. Events are subject to health advice and government capacity restrictions.

Please note, the Saturday event is scheduled as the same date as ‘Geelong Gets Its Glow On’, which was originally slated to be at the showgrounds. This event has now been moved to the Geelong Racecourse.
