Opening in the middle of May, Kaldero Café is the perfect place to indulge in delicious Modern Australian and Asian Fusion Cuisine. The new kids on the block will satisfy all the food lovers out there with their extensive menu of breakfast and lunch options.
Taking over the space previously hosting the popular Cocco Café, Kaldero Café is sure to become the go-to spot for an excellent warm coffee or where you got to watch the world go by while you enjoy a hearty meal in their outside seating area.

With all-day breakfast and lunch, the vibrant and lengthy menu includes many different delicious options that will satisfy any food craving.
Grab some eggs on toast or smashed avocado to start your day, a juicy wagyu burger complete with maple bacon and chips for lunch, or opt for the warm and spicy chilli con Carne. There’s also a hearty bagel Eggs Benedict with your choice of smoked salmon or slow-cooked beef brisket, a nutritious but delicious Mexi Bowl, or a house-smoked salmon for all the fishy appetites out there.
But the bao lovers, there are also crispy chicken bao buns ready and waiting to be inhaled.

If you’re craving something sweeter, then we’d recommend ordering the French toast with Dragon sorbet, banana brulee, honeycomb, berries, orange labneh and fairy floss; the ricotta hotcakes; or some amazing Halo-Halo waffles (complete with berries, coconut jelly, jackfruit coulis, ube ice cream, pearls, stick-o and creme caramel) for a delicious start to your day. If you are after something healthier, the café also offers a tasty House Made Granola or plain toast with your choice of toppings to get your day started right.
The little ones will be happy with waffles, ham and cheese quesadillas, eggs and bacon on toast, and chicken chips, all featured on the kid’s menu at just $10 each.

Sure to offer a much-needed pick me up for every type of coffee addict, the café offers a variety of coffee, loose leaf tea, and hot and cold drinks to quench any thirst. Finding food that accommodates specific allergies can be challenging if you’re anything like me. Options are usually minimal if there are any at all. However, the good news for my fellow celiacs is that Kaldero Café has an extensive range of gluten-free options. Most of the menu is either gluten-free or offers gluten-free alternatives like gluten-free bread that promise to tickle your fancy. Vegetarian and Vegan options are also available, with the café doing its best to be as accommodating as possible for its patrons.
