One of the bright sparks of Geelong’s chilly winter has returned to Mt Duneed Estate with the Piccadilly Market hosting an epic winter night edition.

From 6pm on Friday, July 22, the Piccadilly Winter Night Market is all about supporting the local makers in the region – and after the couple of years that we’ve all had, there’s never been a better time to support locals.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around the region here

Simply described as a design market, the Piccadilly Market is perfect for those wanting to support local businesses all under one roof after an extremely trying year, giving shoppers the opportunity to talk to the makers and get a feel for bespoke handmade products.

This time however the market is taking on a winter glow and will see the beloved winery transform into the kind of winter wonderland worth getting excited about, tempting you off the couch with a cosy program of warming food, and mulled wine, live entertainment and artisan market stalls.

Running indoors promising to be warm and toasty, the market will be hosting more than 40 stalls spanning Geelong’s most talented jewellers, fashion designers, illustrators, artists, food producers, and makers, all be there to provide you with quirky buys and artsy gift ideas for everyone on your fast-approaching Christmas list.

Alongside all the products up for grabs, this year’s market will also see bubbles, mulled wine, and live music from the most fabulous Oscar Rose who also performs at the legendary Piano Bar, making this quite the outing for all.

And let’s be real: this market is also great for maybe picking up a little something for yourself (after you’ve gotten your Christmas list all sorted, of course).

Entry to this winter wonderland is completely free! So, dress warm, come hungry and have a good time.
