Tim’s Bone Toasties offer an unforgettable culinary experience that’s quickly becoming a local favourite. Known for their perfectly melty cheese, whether it’s the crumbled goodness of Feta or the creamy richness of Meredith Dairy Goats cheese, each toastie is loaded with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Piled high with quality charcuterie or butcher-grade meats, these gourmet sandwiches are served between crispy, toasted sourdough from Ballarat’s own 1816 Bakehouse, all finished off with a lavish spread of butter and a pinch of The 5th Season Inland Salt.
For five years, Tim’s Toasties was a beloved mobile business, making appearances at local farmers markets, regional events, and private catering gigs.
Today, the business has found a cozy home in the heart of Delacombe, and guests are welcomed into a charming space adorned with classic movie posters, a carefully curated selection of books, and Tim’s exclusive range of condiments, creating an atmosphere as inviting as the toasties themselves.
A visit to Tim’s Toasties is more than just about the food—it’s an experience to savour and share.
