Frontier Touring teased the Childish Gambino tour just hours before the official announcement went live for January/February 2025 dates.
The American renaissance man – actor, comedian, producer, writer, director and superstar rapper Childish Gambino is bringing his The New World Tour to Australia and New Zealand via Frontier Touring and AEG Presents.
The long-awaited Australia and New Zealand leg kicks off on 28 January 2025 at Auckland’s Spark Arena, entering into Australia for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in February 2025. The tour follows extensive North American, European and UK dates and will be the rappers first Australian appearance since 2019. Amaarae will be joining Gambino as the direct support for both countries.

The announcement comes the same day as Gambino dropped his surprise album drop for Atavista (3.15.20 reimagined versions) via Liberator Music (part of the Mushroom Group), including 2 new tracks ‘Atavista’ and ‘Human Sacrifice’ and the music video for ‘Little Foot Big Foot’ directed by Hiro Murai, featuring Young Nudy.
