Taking over the venue at 48 Moorabool St, Geelong, you’ll instantly be transported to the Wild West. This Texan-inspired eatery is dishing up a range of mouthwatering options, including slow-cooked, glazed ribs, juicy steaks, schnitzels with delectable toppings, burgers, Tex-Mex delights, and much more.

At Lone Star Rib House, they do one thing exceptionally well—slow-cooked Bar-B-Que Ribs, Texan style. The star of the show, these succulent and flavourful delights have been carefully selected from Australia’s finest pastures, offering the best Australian quality with an all-American feel. They’re slow-cooked over eight hours and smothered in your choice of sauce, creating a taste that will keep you coming back for more. From meaty pork riblets, signature sticky pork ribs and slow-cooked lamb ribs, the baby back pork ribs and beef ribs, there’s a whole lot of love.
But that’s not all they have to offer.
Their menu is packed with a variety of mouthwatering delights. From juicy steaks to schnitzels with delectable toppers, Texas-sized burgers, Tex-Mex creations, to colossal Chili Dogs topped with your choice of sauce, and so much more, there’s something to satisfy every craving.
