At Nectar, diners are in for a treat, as the talented Head Chef, Mandy Wright, has curated a menu that pays homage to the diverse and vibrant cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Nectar’s menu boasts a symphony of flavours, ranging from the exquisite Carpaccio of Bresola with Parmesan Whip to the richness of Moreton Bay Bug Linguini served with Lemon, Garlic, Chilli, and Pangrattato and the vibrancy of locally sourced ingredients.
If you’re looking for plates to share, there are oysters, fried zucchini flowers, twice-baked gruyere thyme souffle and our pick, the burrata with fennel jam, fefferoni and sourdough. Nectar is conveniently located at 239 Moorabool Street, Geelong, just four doors down from Recess. Nectar will swing open its doors on Friday, 29 September. From there, Nectar will be open Wednesday to Friday from 5 pm, Saturday from 1 pm and 5 pm and Sunday from 1 pm.
