Plus: Tracklist for forthcoming album Balloonerism, due to be released this Friday
Ahead of the release of Balloonerism this Friday 27 January, the Mac Miller Estate shares new song 5 Dollar Pony Rides, providing us with a glimpse of the fan-favourite album that has circulated online unofficially for years.
Balloonerism will arrive alongside a Samuel Mason-directed film, the trailer for which debuted at Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in November.
Keep up with the latest music news, festivals, interviews and reviews here.
Born in the same creative period in which Mac was working on Watching Movies with the Sound Off, Delusional Thomas, Faces and more, Balloonerism represents the creative ambition that he had agnostic of musical genre that became increasingly evident over the course of his career.
