Melbourne’s best dumpling restaurants are set to face off in a huge dumpling festival set to go down in the CBD.
The free event will see restaurants, Tim Ho Wan, China Red, China Chilli and Dragon Boat strut their steamed stuff in an exclusive dumpling and beer pairing experience.
Held in the Melbourne Dumpling Festival’s pop-up restaurant, the extravaganza will host 30 people per 30-minute sitting, each enjoying one signature dumpling dish, artfully matched to three Brooklyn Brewery craft beers.
The dumpling phenomenon arrives at 206 Bourke Street on Friday October 21 between 5pm and 10pm. For more information check out the festival website.
