Five Ways Miss Muddy Is Tops

1.The messier, the better. The more mud, foam and colour you can get covered with the better the pictures you’ll have to share of your experience. (Be sure to #missmuddy).

2.You get to act like a kid again, if only for a few hours.

3. Any exhaustion you may feel is instantly forgotten when you realise it’s all for a good cause. Profits and fundraising from the event will be donated to the McGrath Foundation, supporting Australian women with breast cancer.
4.It’s a day for the ladies. That means you can gather your friends, colleagues, sister and grandma and bond through the challenges of an obstacle cause. Who doesn’t want to see their boss get muddy?

5.There’s no judgement and any the challenge is suitable for all fitness levels. For those who are fitter, you’ll will still have a bunch of fun bouncing on inflatables and wading through mud. For those who are slightly less fitter, you’ll feel a great achievement for completing the course and a drive to smash the next one.
